SpinNations has been donating back to the community for years! We host numerous events for Pasco County Schools, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Sports Teams, Private Schools, Churches, and so many more have been a part of our history!

No Financial Risk! Just advertise & show up!

#1 Schedule a date and time with us. You receive a (2) hour rental period for your event during anytime the rink is NOT open for public skating.

#2 We provide an online portal for all pre-sale ticket purchases. All pre-sale purchases must be made online, no paper tickets. If the organization would like to collect money, they must purchase the tickets online, print, & distribute.

#3 You ADVERTISE the event in any manner you see fit (ex: Newsletter, Flyers, Posters, Robocalls Home to parents, etc).

#4 Tickets start at a minimum of $10.00 inc skate rentals. You may choose to charge more if desired.

You may choose to charge spectators entry - either $5 spectator fee or the full entry fee.

 

How the Split Works:

  • The FIRST (50) $10 TICKETS sold go to SpinNations.

  • The NEXT (40) $10 Tickets sold go to Your Organization.

  • After the first (90) $10 tickets are sold, the remaining sales are split 50/50.

#5 Have an organization rep at the event to receive a check for your donation.

 

Terms & Conditions:

 

Minimum Requirements:
1st Event:
If your organization does not sell the min of (50) tickets - you will not receive any money back.
2nd Event: If you do not meet the minimum ticket sales on 2 events, we will require a deposit to book your 3rd party & the organization will be required to cover the minimum requirement going forward.

 

Cancellations, Rescheduling, & No Shows: If you need to cancel a party we require a minimum of 72 hour notice. If you would like to reschedule we need a min 48 hours notice. If you book a party and do not show up to the event you will be billed for 1 hour of staff time plus a $150.00 inconvenience fee to cover prep costs of cooling the building down.

 

Vendor Tables: Vendors are permitted during your event. We require a MIN charge of $25 per vendor or $50 if they need electricity. The vendor is required to provide their own 6ft table & folding chairs. A max of 5 vendors per event. The school will split vendor fees with SpinNations - 50/50. No Food or Drink vendors permitted.

 

Set-Up: We REQUIRE a school official to check-in with SpinNations for the event. If you are planning on having vendors please contact SpinNations in advance to alert us. Set-Up will start 30 mins prior to event.

 

Food & Drink Policy: SpinNations does not permit ANY Food or Drink inside our facility, this includes but not limited to water bottles, coffees, fast food, pizza, snacks, etc. If you have a health requirement please see the manager on duty for an exemption.

SpinNations is a "Skate at your own Risk" facility. We do not have liability insurance. We do NOT recommend skating if you are pregnant, have a pre-existing medical condition, or do not have medical insurance. 

 

Example:

​

1-50 tickets x $10.00 = $500 to SpinNations

51-90 tickets x $10.00 = $400 to Your Orangization

125 Tickets Sold After the 1st 90 Tickets x $10.00 = $1250 / 2 = $625 to Your Organization | $625 to SpinNations

​

Total: $400 + $625 = $1025 Donation to Your Organization
