SpinNations has been donating back to the community for years! We host numerous events for Pasco County Schools, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Sports Teams, Private Schools, Churches, and so many more have been a part of our history!

No Financial Risk! Just advertise & show up!

#1 Schedule a date and time with us. You receive a (2) hour rental period for your event during anytime the rink is NOT open for public skating.

#2 We provide an online portal for all pre-sale ticket purchases. All pre-sale purchases must be made online, no paper tickets.

​

#3 You ADVERTISE the event in any manner you see fit (ex: Newsletter, Flyers, Posters, Robocalls Home to parents, etc).

#4 Tickets start at a minimum of $10.00 inc skate rentals. You may choose to charge more if desired.

You may choose to charge spectators entry - either $5 spectator fee or the full entry fee.

 

How the Split Works:

  • The FIRST (40) TICKETS sold go to SpinNations.

  • The NEXT 40 Tickets sold go to Your Organization.

  • After (80) tickets are sold, the ticket sales are split 50/50.

#5 Have an organization rep at the event to receive a check for your donation.

 

Example:

​

1-40 tickets x $10.00 = $400 to SpinNations

41-80 tickets x $10.00 = $400 to Your Orangization

119 Tickets Sold After the 1st 80 Tickets x $10.00 = $1190 / 2 = $595 to Your Organization | $595 to SpinNations

Total: $400 + $595 = $995 Donation to Your Organization

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

​

  • If your organization fails to sell a minimum of (40) tickets, you will not receive a donation.

  • NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK IS PERMITTED AT ANY TIME. No gum is permitted.

  • ALL entering the building - parents & children - skating or not will be charged the ticket price.

  • You may have vendors at your event, they are permitted to bring a 6ft table. No food or drink vendors permitted. SpinNations requires them to be charged a minimum of $25.00 for the space and SpinNations will collect 50% of the vendor fee. Max of (4) vendors permitted inside.

  • SpinNations is a "Skate at your own Risk" facility. We do not have liability insurance. We do NOT recommend skating if you are pregnant, have a pre-existing medical condition, or do not have medical insurance.
